The programme is designed for graduates with at least two years business experience who are considering applying for MBA programmes. It is intended as an introduction to the main areas of business which are included in the MBA. It is taught by leading business tutors in Oxford, some of whom are also teaching in the University. The seminars take place in the University and at our own premises.

Support and advice is given concerning university applications and interviews. On completion participants are given an certificate which states the names and positions of their tutors, and that the programme took place in the University of Oxford.
The Business English Certificates (BEC) are internationally recognised qualifications that shows employers your skills for using English in the workplace. BEC is an ideal English language exam if you are preparing for a career in business. There are three different levels of BEC: BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and BEC Higher.

For example, it is suited to those seeking a career in Law, or those who want to study Law at University before entering another profession, eg Business. For students not wishing to take any of the above examinations, we provide the Oxford International Study Centre Certificate in Business for all students who successfully complete their programme.
Our own Business Programme is offered at three levels , and includes options in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, and Management. We also arrange programmes in Business English and Legal English.
The OISC Certificate in Business (or Business English or Legal English) states the details of the programme, the level achieved, and the dates of the course.
